&you. is a creative collective of ideas founded by Ruth & Kyle Smart in 2021.

To us, the ampersand (&) is a symbol of equality. Of equal standing. Never better than, never about who comes first vs. second. The ampersand is always about drawing a wider circle, always saying there is more. The ampersand is a pillar of what we believe in, and the other pillar is you.

The goal of &you. is always in pursuit of inclusion, positivity, creativity, collaboration, and expansive joy.

We are never sure what the next project with &you. will look like, but we know it will always come from our heart. We are always moving forward, always right on time, and we believe in what we can accomplish together.
